Lembeh Resort (North Sulawesi) is hiring: Junior Sous Chef

Syarat Pekerjaan

Wide knowledge in the culinary field
Extensive experience preparing a wide variety of quality Western and Indonesian/ Asian dishes (incl. vegetarian/ vegan/ glutenfree/ lactose free)
Outstanding plating/ buffet presentation
Creative and detailed work, high level of precision.
Minimum 3 years experience in co-leading a kitchen team.
Motivate and train team, assure standards are met
Maintain food safety, kitchen hygiene and quality standards.
Monitor stocks for ingredients, cost control
Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used
Positive attitude and leading by good example
Ability to communicate in English
