Develop and execute growth strategies in the logistics sector by expanding market reach and identifying new revenue streams.
Foster strong client and partner relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct market research to inform service offerings and strategic initiatives.
Lead contract negotiations, manage sales pipelines, and drive revenue through deal closures and partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and deliver solutions, while reporting performance updates to senior management.
Syarat Pekerjaan
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, ideally within logistics or supply chain.
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, B2B sales, and supply chain management; familiarity with regional/international markets is a plus.
Skilled in market analysis, trend forecasting, and strategic planning to drive business growth.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in closing high-value deals.
